Abstract:As a newly developed medical model based on bioinformatics, molecular medicine, clinical
diagnostics and medical imaging, precision medicine makes use of advanced technology to accurately trace
causes of diseases and thusdetermine therapeutic regimen for different patients. The ultimate aim of precision
medicine is to facilitate the diagnosis capability, medical treatment capability, and nursing effect in all medicalrelated
fields, and to finally realize personalized medicine. Fluorescence molecular imaging is an essential
technology involved in the realization of precision medicine. It provides in vivo functional information as well
as imaging in cellular and molecular levels, which differs from traditional structural imaging. Based on recent
development of related research both at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the reconstruction algorithms
and imaging systems for fluorescence molecular imaging and describes the value and future of the application
with precision medicine as background.
