Abstract:This paper made an analysis of the existing problems in the medical and health system and the service model in China, on the basis of which multiple solutions were put forward, including adjustment of the hospital income structure, reformation of drug promotion and provision of health insurance support. As a consequence, the remodeling of the active doctor-patient service relationship was advanced so as to realize the design of a new health insurance operation mechanism for Chinese people.
