目的 探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在原发性脑淋巴瘤和高级别胶质瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价
值。方法 回顾性分析经手术或病理活检证实的15例原发性脑淋巴瘤和22例高级别胶质瘤的常规
MRI及SWI影像学表现,观察SWIminIP图像上的肿瘤内血管结构并进行半定量评分。结果 15例原
发性脑淋巴瘤患者共20个病灶,8个病灶血管评分为0分,11个病灶血管评分为1分,1个病灶血管
评分为2分;22例高级别胶质瘤患者共23个病灶,3个病灶血管评分为2分,20个病灶血管评分为
3分。原发性脑淋巴瘤组与高级别胶质瘤组血管评分差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论
SWI血管结构半定量评分有助于原发性脑淋巴瘤与高级别胶质瘤的鉴别诊断。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of application of susceptibility weighted imaging
(SWI) in differential diagnosis between primary cerebral lymphomas and high-grade gliomas. Methods
Conventional MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) features and SWI findings of fifteen patients with
pathologically-proved primary cerebral lymphomas and twenty-two high-grade gliomas patients were
retrospectively analyzed so as to observe the intra-tumoral vascularity in SWIminIP images and make
semi-quantitative assessment of intra-tumoral vascularity scoring.
