Abstract:Prostate disease is a common disease affecting elderly male health and quality of life, in addition to benign diseases such
as benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis. The incidence of prostate cancer is rising year by year, most patients are often in the
late stage, therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer is of great significance. MRI is currently recognized as the best
imaging method for the diagnosis of prostate disease, which can clearly show the structure and lesions of the prostate gland. Multiparameter
magnetic resonance uses multi-parameter, multi-sequence and multi-angle imaging to provide the basis for the diagnosis
of prostate disease, and is the standard imaging method for the diagnosis of prostate disease. In recent years, various imaging
techniques such as magnetic resonance diffusion imaging, quantitative imaging, molecular imaging and radiomics, have been applied
in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, which can provide more abundant diagnostic information for diagnosis. This paper reviewed and
prospected the current status of various magnetic resonance imaging techniques in prostate cancer diagnosis.
