Abstract:Objective To introduce a system for acquiring and analyzing software of magnetocardiogram signals, to realize
intelligent interpretation of magnetocardiogram. Methods By designing the control program of the micro-control system, the
magnetocardiogram data acquisition program and the signal pre-analysis and processing program, the software system initialization
processing module was formed. Though the design of dipole source model analysis program and the heart field source model
analysis program, the software system field source space-time distribution analysis module was formed. By developing the artificial
intelligence interpretation algorithm, the intelligent interpretation module of software system was formed. Through the design of
magnetocardiogram data storage program and the function of magnetocardiogram database, the software system storage module
was formed. Based on the above four modules, the system for acquiring and analyzing software of magnetocardiogram signals was
completed. Results The system could collect, pre-analyze and process the magnetocardiogram signal, analyze the spatiotemporal
distribution of the field source, intelligent interpretation and output of magnetocardiogram, and store the magnetocardiogram
data. The magnetocardiogram signal acquiring and analyzing software was tested on 67 patients with coronary heart disease and
21 healthy subjects. The results showed that the diagnostic sensitivity of coronary heart disease was 88.06%, and the specificity
was 80.96%. Conclusion The system can realize the automatic control of the underlying hardware, the cardiac magnetic field
acquiring and intelligent interpretation of magnetocardiogram, which helps to improve the consistency of hardware operation of
magnetocardiogram, and can also assist in improving the accuracy and efficiency of heart disease diagnosis, and has important
clinical application value.
