Abstract:Objective In view of the safety, reliability and effectiveness of medical equipment, to formulate feasible quality control
measures to implement the quality and safety management of medical equipment. Methods The use registration of medical
equipment was realized with the help of personal digital assistant, and the use efficiency of the equipment was evaluated according
to the recorded data. Regular quality testing of medical equipment was conducted, including safety testing and performance
testing, develop testing procedures and original test records. By summarizing and sorting out various performance parameters in
annual testing, the performance of equipment were compared and analyzed. Results After the implementation of quality control
management measures, the use data were take full advantage to carry out the evaluation of the use efficiency of the equipment, the
highest rate of utilization was 356%, the lowest was 34%, and the average was 157.44%. Based on quality control testing data, the
performance of infant incubators was evaluated and analyzed, the pass rate was 82.86%, the failure rate was 17.14%. Meanwhile,
statistical analysis was conducted on the distribution of the mean and standard deviation, and the variation with use time of equipment
when the temperature fluctuation was taken as an example. Conclusion Practical management measures and approachable data
analysis can improve the level for quality and safety management of medical equipment. Besides, it is also necessary to continuously
summarize experience and improve innovative methods.
