Abstract:Objective To establish and improve the clinical application and equipment management system of surgical robot system
combined with the analysis of Da Vinci surgical robot clinical application and equipment management dimension. Methods Through
strengthening procurement and use management, improving personnel training, formulating management system and quality control
guarantee, the clinical application and equipment management system of surgical robot system was established and improved. Two
surgical robots in use were selected as the research subjects, 161 cases of rectal surgery from July to December 2016 were taken as
the control group, and 159 cases of rectal surgery from February to July 2021 were taken as the observation group. The differences of
operation duration, satisfaction of surgeons and operating room nurses, equipment failure rate and other indicators between the two
groups were compared. Results The three surgical robots in our hospital have successfully carried out more than 6500 operations in
the past 12 years and promoted the improvement of medical quality. The operation opening time of observation group
(45±8) min was significantly lower than that of control group (88±10) min, the medical and nursing satisfaction was significantly
higher than that of control group, and the failure rate of equipment was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The operation efficiency, management level and medical quality of the hospital
can be effectively improved by establishing and improving the management system of Da Vinci surgical robot.
