Discussion on the Application of Medical Equipment Procurement Research Based on
Organizational Decision-Making Performance Model

Abstract:Objective To effectively carry out medical equipment research, provide operational, insightful and high-quality
information for medical equipment procurement cost prediction and decision-making, and promote the research team to reach a
consensus decision through feedback adjustment, so as to realize the value of medical equipment procurement research. Methods Drawing
on the organizational decision-making performance model under team conditions, according to the realization path of high team
performance and high organizational output, the implementation method of three-stage medical equipment procurement research
was established. First, the decision-making team of medical equipment research was established, then the decision-making team
was divided and cooperated according to roles, and the organizational form of research decision-making was established, and the
standardized analysis process was drawn up to form a democratic interactive process of research decision-making. Finally, feedback
adjustments were used to achieve group consensus among the decision-making team. High performance group decision-making
results were outputted to provide decision-making basis for the cost budget, parameter requirements, and warranty requirements in
the equipment procurement needs. Results The medical equipment procurement project of 2021 that has been approved and included
in the annual budget was analyzed, on the premise of meeting the clinical needs, a three-stage procurement survey was conducted
to adjust the procurement budget, and the equipment parameters and configuration requirements were formed through discussion,
finally the procurement bidding activities were completed. The results showed that the difference between the original budget and the
actual transaction price was 7.0106 million yuan, while the difference between the revised budget and the actual transaction price was
reduced to about 1.1369 million yuan. It showed that this method can make budget revision decision more scientifically, accurately
and insightful. Conclusion Through the development and implementation of the three-stage medical equipment procurement survey,
the influence of subjective factors such as the knowledge structure and judgment level of the researchers in the traditional medical
equipment survey can be effectively eliminated, and decision support can be made for the medical equipment procurement demand.
