Abstract:Objective To solve the problem that the utilization rate of scientific research equipment cannot be obtained under the
traditional management mode by using information management means. Methods Mainly based on the literature research, case
analysis and investigation method, the laboratory intelligent management system was built, and the information system was used to
monitor and track the utilization rate of equipment in real time. On this basis, the evaluation system of the utilization rate of scientific
research equipment was built. Results The data quantification of the utilization rate of scientific research equipment was realized
through the monitoring of information system. After the system went online, the use time and utilization rate of scientific research
equipment were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion The construction of information system has improved the equipment
reservation experience of scientific researchers, reduced the scientific research cost, and improved the utilization rate of scientific
research equipment.
