Abstract:Objective To discuss the management efficiency of unmanned intelligent management system in low-value medical
consumables in secondary warehouse. Methods Combined with the status quo of the traditional low-value consumables warehouse
management mode in hospitals, an unmanned intelligent management system for low-value consumables in secondary warehouses
based on artificial intelligence, vision, gravity sensing and biometric identification was proposed. The data before and after using
the system was tracked and analyzed to study the implementation effect of the system. Results After the unmanned intelligent
management system of secondary warehouse went online, the time of material inventory was significantly shortened, the error rate
of materials was effectively controlled, the management efficiency was significantly improved, and the satisfaction of managers
reached 100% (all P<0.05). Besides, it also had certain advantages in warehouse environment, impending material management, data
informatization, work efficiency and management cost. Conclusion The on-line system realizes the dynamic management and realtime
monitoring of low-value consumables in the secondary warehouse, makes the management of low-value consumables in the
secondary warehouse more refined, scientific and intelligent, and achieves the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency of
low-value consumables management.
