本文通过库存盘点,分析医用耗材库房管理中存在的问题,运用目标管理、鱼骨图、折线
图、PDCA循环等管理工具,在降低库存成本与保障供应之间寻求合理和平衡,并提出优化管理
的措施,以保证医疗服务质量的提高。
Abstract
The problems of medical consumable warehouse management were analyzed through stock
inventory. With adoption of multiple management tools such as target management, fishbone diagram,
line chart and PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle, reasonability and balance between the reduced
inventory cost and guaranteed supply were realized. Moreover, optimal management measures were
provided so as to ensure the improvement of medical service quality.
