Abstract:Objective Neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a common life-threatening gastrointestinal disease in newborns. The
establishment of the special disease platform for neonatal NEC is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease
and scientific research. Methods Taking the third-class children’s hospital as the research background, relying on the existing clinical
data of the hospital, the demand research on the construction of special disease platform was carried out, the hierarchical management
of clinical data was realized, and the image annotation function was developed. Results The special disease platform for neonatal
NEC containing the diagnosis and treatment information of 2225 children was established, and the labeling of abdominal plain films
of 620 children was realized, which initially met the needs of clinical scientific research. Conclusion The special disease platform
for neonatal NEC is beneficial to improve doctors’ diagnosis and treatment efficiency and fully tap the clinical and scientific research
value of high-quality diagnosis and treatment data.
