Abstract:Combined with the working principle of Philips Allura Xper FD20 angiography machine, this paper analyzed the problems
such as the abnormal lifting motion of the examining table, the inability to rotate normally when the C-arm rotates beyond the range,
and the failure of locking the examining table. The equipment returned to normal operation by replacing the speed encoder of lifting
motor, debugging the angular potentiometer and replacing the height potentiometer. The analysis of three common faults listed in this
paper can provide reference for engineers when encountering similar faults, shorten the maintenance time, make the instrument run
efficiently and stably, and ensure the life safety of patients.
