Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of magnetic resonance technology, pulmonary magnetic resonance imaging
has become an important method of clinical examination as it has advantages of no ionizing radiation and high density resolution. A
large number of studies have shown that among many lung magnetic resonance imaging sequences, three-dimensional fast-field echo
sequence, T2-weighted fast spin echo sequence, and ultra-short-time echo sequence can be the preferred sequences for children’s lung
magnetic resonance imaging and provide high-resolution images with CT-like performance. This paper reviewed the application progress
of pulmonary magnetic resonance imaging in children, which aimed to lay a theoretical foundation for the research in related fields.
