Abstract:Objective To improve the survival rate of patients with cardiac arrest in emergency medical rescue scenarios, and improve the
disaster rescue capacity of our country, and make up for the defects of the current emergency rescue equipment. Methods A 5G-based
emergency portable smart cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine was proposed, the cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine is
electrically controlled, does not need to compress oxygen, and uses 3D compression technology that can double the pumping volume
compared to traditional methods. By adding the end-tidal of carbon dioxide module and 5G communication module, the device
realizes real-time monitoring of patients’ exhaled CO2 and remote patient management or treatment plan adjustment. At the same
time, the equipment also adopts enhanced electromagnetic shielding scheme and advanced energy storage mode. Results According
to the test, the device can achieve a compression-ventilation ratio of 30∶2 and 15∶2, mainly through continuous compression
and other methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, high compression accuracy, accurate ratio, in line with electromagnetic
compatibility and aviation airworthiness conditions, which can continue to work for 8 h in special environment. The experimental
test showed that the deviation between the actual pressing depth and the set value was only 1.3%, and the pressing depth was within
the reference range. The compression-ventilation ratio is consistent with the set value, and the experimental results were all qualified and
meet the design requirements. Conclusion The emergency portable intelligent cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine based on 5G can
provide guarantee for disaster (aviation) emergency rescue and docking hospital emergency work, and improve the success rate of rescue.
