Abstract:Objective To compare the performance of several electrical impedance tomography (EIT) reconstruction algorithms,
provide a reference for the application of EIT to lung real-time functional imaging. Methods Three groups of experiments were
designed: one-step Gauss-Newton method, back projection algorithm, GREIT algorithm and imaging algorithm based on L1
regularization to reconstruct the simulation data and the measured data of the human body. In the L1 regularization solution
process, used the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). The reconstructed images and evaluation parameters of
simulation data and measured data were compared and analyzed by the four algorithms. Results The parameter evaluation of the
GREIT algorithm performed best in the reconstruction of the noise-free data. The ADMM algorithm suffered the least influence
in the reconstruction of the noise data, and its evaluation parameter changed the least. This algorithm had good anti-interference
performance. Conclusion GREIT algorithm and ADMM algorithm can be applied to EIT reconstruction of lung to realize functional
imaging of lung.
