Abstract:Precision medicine required more and more accuracy in the imaging determination of thyroid nodule properties. In thyroid
precision MRI, functional imaging had become one of the important methods to identify benign and malignant nodules. This paper
briefly described the definition of precise thyroid MRI, and expounded the principles and progress of functional imaging such as
thyroid magnetic resonance spectroscopy, dynamic contrast enhancement, diffusion weighting, voxel incoherent motion, diffusion
kurtosis, susceptibility weighting, and texture analysis, as well as the effect of precise MRI technology on the accuracy of thyroid
functional MRI. In precise thyroid MRI, the rich visual data brought by morphology made functional imaging more accurate,
greatly improved the accuracy of diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, and provided detailed data information for
future artificial intelligence MRI diagnosis. It also laid a solid foundation for the formulation of personalized medical programs in
thyroid precision medicine.
