Abstract:Objective To design and develop a training application for patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment, and then
explore its application effect on the cognitive function of patients. Methods The relevant contents of cognitive training for patients
with post-stroke cognitive impairment were designed as “cognitive impairment training” mobile application by using Android mobile
terminal, and applied to the rehabilitation process of 60 patients with cognitive impairment diagnosed in the rehabilitation center of
the first affiliated hospital of Henan university of Chinese medicine from October 2020 to June 2021. Results Compared with before
treatment, the scores of mini-mental state examination and stroke specific quality of life scale in application group were significantly
higher than those in conventional cognitive rehabilitation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The post-stroke cognitive training APP is
conducive to improve the cognitive function and quality of life of stroke patients, promote doctor-patient interaction, integrate highquality
medical resources, optimize the treatment process, and promote the transformation of the doctor-patient relationship to the
direction of joint participation. It is worth further promotion.
