Abstract:In this paper, the failure data of OLYMPUS GIF-H290 electronic gastroscope used in hospitals in Southwest China from
August 2015 to July 2020, a total of 294 maintenance records and 1107 damaged parts were collected, and statistical analysis was
conducted on the faulty parts. The common faults were remote control button faults, suction faults, water leakage and abnormal
image display. The top 5 parts with damage rate were remote switch, universal cord and insertion tube, suction cylinder, instrument
channel port, CCD glass. In this paper, the common faults and faulty components of H290 gastroscope were analyzed, and the
corresponding fault treatment, prevention and maintenance measures were put forward, in order to reduce the incidence of failure of
this gastroscope, reduce the maintenance cost, and provide reference for the peer.
