Abstract:Objective To improve the intelligent automation level of the pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) and make
reference for the construction and development of “intelligent static dispensing” through the application of the FJ-316 intelligent
sorting system. Methods This paper introduced the FJ-316 spider robotic intelligent sorting system and its advantages compared
with ordinary pick-type sorting systems.The data of infusion sorting work of PIVAS in our hospital before (June to August, 2019)
and after (October to December, 2019) using the intelligent sorting system were collected. The data of relevant workflow, working
hours, work errors, labor occupation and other data were compared to evaluate the application effect. Results The intelligent sorting
system combined with the actual work of PIVAS in our hospital optimized the PIVAS finished product infusion sorting workflow. The
sorting time of each bag of finished product infusion was shortened from (4.13±0.38) s to (2.09±0.42) s丨 the error rate was reduced
from 0.80‰±0.34‰ to 0.18‰±0.23‰, and the damage rate was reduced from 0.91‰±0.25‰ to 0.27‰±0.23‰. Conclusion The
intelligent sorting system can optimize the sorting process of product infusion, achieve the goals of shortening time, reducing work
errors, reducing damage of finished product liquid, and promote the construction and development of intelligent PIVAS.
