Abstract:Objective To observe the effectiveness of intelligent lower limb rehabilitation robot combined with Jingjin acupuncture
therapy on lower limb dyskinesia and muscle strength in patients with post-stroke foot drop. Methods A total of 120 patients with
post-stroke foot drop were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 60 cases in each group. The two groups
were treated with Jingjin acupuncture therapy and routine rehabilitation training. The observation group was given additional lower
limb rehabilitation robot training. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The curative effect were compared between the two groups.
Results After treatment, muscle tension score of triceps surae in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group
(P<0.05). The integrate electromyography values of tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscle, muscle strength score of
tibialis anterior muscle, scores of Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function, functional ambulation category scale and modified Brathel
index were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). And the improvement rate of plantar flexion improvement were
higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of intelligent lower limb rehabilitation robot combined
with Jingjin acupuncture therapy has a significant effect on post-stroke foot drop, which can improve muscle strength, lower limb
motor function and promote activities of daily living.
