Abstract:Objective To establish quality-sensitive indicator system of medical equipment management in operating room based
on “structure-process-result” three-dimensional quality model, and to provide quantitative and objective monitoring basis for
improving the quality of medical equipment management in operating room. Methods Based on the method of literature review and
group discussion, the management quality-sensitive indicators system of medical equipment in operating room was preliminarily
established. And two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were used to finally establish the management quality sensitive index and
weight conforming to the actual operating room. Results The indicator system included 3 primary indicators, 6 secondary indicators,
and 16 tertiary indicators, and the top three sensitive indicators ranked by weight were maintenance rate of medical equipment in
operating room (0.1334), failure loss rate (0.1334), and accuracy rate of parameters setting (0.0913). The effective recovery rates of
questionnaire for the two rounds of consultation were both 100%, the authority coefficients of experts were 0.881 and 0.892, and the
Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.123-0.152 and 0.257-0.271, respectively (P<0.001). Conclusion The management quality
sensitive indicator system based on “structure-process-result” three-dimensional quality model provides a basis for the standardized
management of medical equipment in operating room and is conducive to the improvement of management quality.
