Abstract：Objective To explore the best procurement scheme of medical equipment with supporting consumables. Methods The
merits and demerits of the whole division weight method, the price division weight method and the equipment price dilution method
were analyzed to judge the reliability of the three evaluation modes. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method was used to
judge the best evaluation mode. The different equipment/consumables prices and different scores were set to test the effect of the
overall weight method evaluation mode. Results The advantages of the whole division weight method were more obvious, and
the evaluation factors were more comprehensive, and it could effectively reduce the phenomenon of dishonest bidding by bidding
suppliers. The AHP method calculated that the weight of the whole division method, the price division weight method and the
equipment price dilution method were 0.5651, 0.2418 and 0.1486 respectively, and the whole division weight method was the best
evaluation mode. The test results showed that when the price of consumables was significantly higher than the price of equipment,
the equipment price score had little influence on the comprehensive score by using the whole division weight method. The simulation
results showed that the whole division weight evaluation method was effective. Conclusion The whole division weight method is the
best evaluation mode of medical equipment with consumables procurement.
