Abstract:Objective To standardize the diagnosis and treatment behavior of medical equipment by establishing the standard system
of intelligent application and management of large-scale medical equipment. Methods The literature research method was used
to analyze the construction specifications of the service industry standard system and the design method of the standard system
structure. At the same time, combined with the use of large-scale medical equipment in the actual work of the hospital, the work
opinions of relevant departments were widely collected. The expert review meetings were held for many times to discuss and sort
out the management and service process of large-scale medical equipment. Finally the standard architecture and standard list of
intelligent application and management of large-scale medical equipment was formed. Results The establishment of the standard
system has brought the hospital’s large-scale medical equipment service and management related systems into the standardized
management to 123 items, reduced the average appointment waiting time of outpatient MRI examination by 68%, and gradually
increased the contribution rate of satisfaction. Conclusion The establishment of the standard system can regulate the behavior of
large-scale medical equipment diagnosis and treatment service, improve the service efficiency of large-scale medical equipment in
medical institutions, which has important practical significance and promotion value.
