Abstract:Heart failure preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is a clinical syndrome caused by abnormal cardiac structure and function,
and there is still lack of effective drug treatment. In recent years, a variety of new technologies and devices that can maximize the
treatment of HFpEF have emerged. This paper introduced the left atrial shunt and left ventricular dilator with strong application
prospects, and analyzed the principle, design, clinical trial results, research status and limitations of different types of devices, and
made a comparison between different types of devices in order to explore the research direction of HFpEF treatment.
