Abstract:Objective To provide support for the construction of medical service information and intelligence, the intelligent medical
question answering system is designed. Methods By introducing B/S architecture design, separate development was brought in
with front-end and back-end development. Specifically, Vue.JS was used to develop the Web end, JavaEE was taken as the basic
language to build up the back end, and the union of the Spring framework accomplished the project decoupling under MVC pattern.
All the databases that adopted in this system came from the XunYiWenYao website (http://www.xywy.com/), where multi-threading
data crawling was implemented under the framework of WebMagic. The relational database MySQL was applied to store medical
information as well as client information. Results In this study, a medical question answering system was designed and implemented
based on JavaEE. The fulfillment of this system was comprised of database design, service logic design, system optimization design
and data interaction design, the realization of fundamental medical question and answering was achieved through the combination of
Chinese word segmentation technology and database object mapping as well as knowledge reasoning. Conclusion The intelligent
medical question answering system can meet the health needs of users, allowing users to implement medical and health information
consultation through a web browser in the B/S mode.
