Abstract:Objective Ensure that the accessories of the anesthesia Machine are complete, the operation quality is reliable, the
parameters are monitored accurately, and guarantee the safety of patients and users. Methods Using the electric safety analyzer
FLUKE ESA620 and the gas flow analyzer FLUKE VT305 manufactured by FLUKE Company, the quality control of the anesthesia
machine was carried out from three aspects of inspection, electric safety testing and performance parameters in connection with
the common faults in the use of the daily anesthesia machine, and the results were analyzed. Results Inspection ensured that the
appearance accessories of the equipment was normal, and the pass rate was 100% after simple disposal丨 The electrical safety test
rate was 64.3%, and the unqualified item of which was grounding resistance exceeded the limits. The result of functional parameter
deviation was 100% within the acceptable range (15%), ensuring that the equipment functional parameters were valid.
Conclusion Through the inspection, electrical safety testing and equipment performance testing of the equipment, the clinical
application quality of the anesthesia machine is effectively guaranteed.
