Abstract:Objective To explore the causes of unqualified multi-parameter monitor and provide guidance for multi-parameter monitor preventive maintenance. Methods According to the requirements of national metrology and the product specifications of multi-parameter monitor, FLUKE Prosim8 vital signs simulator was used to detect the common functions of 43 multi-parameter monitors in emergency department and anesthesiology department. Results The qualified rate of 43 multi-parameter monitors was 86.05%, the qualified rate of model A was 79.3%, and the qualified rate of model B and C was 100%, the main reason for the unqualified of the multi-parameter monitor was internal air leakage in the non-invasive blood pressure measurement. Conclusion According to the test quality control data, the discussion of this paper plays a role in the introduction of ideas and methods for the peer reference for making the regular preventive maintenance plan, reducing the equipment failure rate, and ensuring the equipment in a good state of operation.
