Abstract:Radiofrequency ablationofrenal sympathetic denervation is a new interventional therapy for hypertension. There are many studies on the treatment of refractory hypertension with this, but the conclusions are controversial. This paper discusses the safety and
effectiveness design of radiofrequency ablation system of renal artery in the treatment of essential hypertension from four aspects:current situation, mechanism of action, system structure and design characteristics, and clinical research, in order to point out the
direction for further exploration of this technology.
