Abstract:Objective To explore an effective methods of medical equipment maintenance, so as to improve the online repair rate
of medical equipment failure. Methods We used the PDCA cycle method to find the main reasons for the low online repair rate of
medical equipment failure. The corresponding countermeasures were established. Results Through one-year practice, the online
repair rate of medical equipment failure was improved from 9.54% to 94.57%. Conclusion The practice proves that the method of
using PDCA cycle to improve the online repair of medical equipment failure is effective and worth promoting.
