Abstract:Objective To establish a ventilator quality control management system to ensure the safety, efficiency and reliability of
ventilator equipment when in use. Methods Around electrical safety and measurement accuracy, a scientific, rigorous quality control
implementation plan was protocolled, which regarded ventilator as the object. Results Altogether 98 ventilator were tested. The
unqualified items were analyzed and relevant measures and solutions were put forward. Conclusion This plan can help to solve the
various non-standard problems appeared for lacking of quality control, reduce the medical risks caused by the quality status of the
ventilator and then guarantee the medical work progresses smoothly.
