摘要

目的 探讨减压沸腾清洗机联合追溯系统在消毒供应中心(Central Sterile Services Department,CSSD)外来器械处置中的运用价值。方法 以江苏大学附属宜兴市人民医院CSSD的外来器械为研究对象,其中2023年4—9月采用常规清洗方法及常规处置方案的外来器械为对照组,随机选择外来器械180件,手术包1330个;2023年10月至2024年3月实行减压沸腾清洗机清洗联合追溯系统处置方案的外来器械为观察组,随机选择外来器械180件,手术包1204个。对比2组器械的清洗效果、包装不合格率、发放不合格率、灭菌不合格率及临床医护人员使用后的满意度。结果 观察组的清洗效果得到改善,与对照组相比,实心类器械差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管腔类及钻头类差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械包装不合格率、发放不合格率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 减压沸腾清洗机联合追溯系统能显著提高外来器械的清洗效果,提升CSSD的外来器械处置能力及临床使用满意度,在外来器械的处置中采用此处置方案有重要价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of decompression boiling cleaning machine combined with traceability system in the disposal of external instruments in central sterile services department (CSSD). Methods The external instruments from CSSD of Yixing People’s Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University were selected as the study object, among which 180 external instruments and 1330 operating kits were randomly selected from April to September 2023 using conventional cleaning methods and conventional disposal schemes as the control group. From October 2023 to March 2024, the external instruments that implemented decompression boiling cleaning machine combined with traceability system were the observation group, and 180 external instruments and 1204 operating kits were randomly selected. The cleaning effect, packaging failure rate, delivery failure rate, sterilization failure rate and clinical staff satisfaction after use of the two groups of instruments were compared. Results The cleaning effect of the observation group was further improved. Compared with the control group, there was no statistically significant difference in solid instruments (P>0.05), but there were statistically significant differences in lumen and drill bits (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the unqualified rate of device packaging and delivery between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). The clinical satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of decompression boiling cleaning machine with traceability system can significantly improve the cleaning effect of external instruments, and improve the disposal ability of CSSD external instruments and clinical satisfaction. It is of great value to adopt this disposal scheme in the disposal of external instruments.
