国内外医院医用设备经济效益评价的模式与启示

摘要

随着现代公立医院管理体系建设的不断完善,医用设备的精细化管理在现代医院管理中的重要性也日益增加。目前大部分医院已开展大型医用设备经济效益评价,但对于全部医用设备仍缺少经济效益评价和使用绩效考核,缺少医用设备经济效益评价体系。本文综述了国内外公立医院医用设备购置时的经济效益评估模式建设经验,探索了构建符合我国现状的医院医用设备经济效益评估模式,以期为我国医院医用设备持续改进购置前效益评估提供启示和借鉴。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the management system in modern public hospitals, the importance of precise management of medical equipment in modern hospital management has increasingly grown. At present, most hospitals have carried out economic benefit evaluations for large-scale medical equipment, but there is still a lack of economic benefit evaluation and performance appraisal for all medical equipment, and a lack of an economic benefit evaluation system for medical equipment. This paper reviewed the construction experience of economic benefit evaluation models for medical equipment procurement in public hospitals at home and abroad, explored the establishment of an economic benefit evaluation model for hospital medical equipment that conforms to the current situation in China, aiming to provide enlightenment and reference for the continuous improvement of pre-purchase benefit evaluation of hospital medical equipment in China.
