Abstract:With the increase of equipment service life, the dose-rate linkage frequency of linear accelerator increases and affects the
normal operation of the accelerator due to the aging of electron gun filament and magnetron. This paper took the dose-rate linkage
maintenance of Axesse, a full-digital linear accelerator of Elekta, as an example, and adjusted parameters such as electron gun
filament servo voltage and auto frequenly control system parameters to solve the failure. This article aims to reduce the equipment
failure rate, improve the clinical treatment efficiency, and provide a reference for the peer for the full digital linear accelerator doserate
failure maintenance.
