Abstract:Objective To establish a performance evaluation index system for the special national key research and development
program called as “Application Demonstration of Domestic Innovative Medical Equipment Based on Health Care ‘Internet +’”.
Methods According to the main body and goal of the project, Delphi expert consultation method was used to establish the index
system, analytic hierarchy process and weight of percentile method were used to calculate the weight of the index. Results The
index system of application demonstration evaluation of domestic innovative medical equipment was established, in which the
number of first, second and third level indexes were 3, 16 and 50 respectively, and the index weight was calculated. Conclusion
The demonstration evaluation index system of domestic innovative medical equipment application established in this study provides
performance evaluation tools for carrying out domestic innovative medical equipment application.
