Abstract:To quickly make judgments and timely processing when encountering CT equipment failure, computer hardware failure
phenomena encountered during clinical use were analyzed, and the exclusion methods were classified. There are various types of
faults, and each has corresponding solutions, such as, eliminating the faults of reconstructed computer IRS hard disk by preventive
maintenance through auxiliary power supply, eliminating the artifacts of reconstructed image by substitution method, eliminating
the faults of controlling computer ICS master camera data transmission by deleting redundant historical data, removing abnormal
noise fault by replacing old frame bearing machinery, regular maintenance of moving parts and ICS computer blue screen. Due to the
complex diversity of equipment failures, only by fully grasping the structure and working principle of the CT equipment, it is possible
to quickly and effectively eliminate equipment failures, enable CT to operate normally, reduce missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis,
and improve CT image quality and equipment utilization. Moreover, it is still necessary to strengthen the daily maintenance and
maintenance of CT equipment, improve the quality of equipment use, and provide a strong guarantee for clinical services..
