ELEKTA Precise Linear Accelerator

Abstract:The principle and physical structure of the beam system of ELEKTA Precise linear accelerator were introduced in this paper, and
two examples related to beam system were also given. In one case, the connection pole located in 22-region of the power supply circuit of
the focusing coil was burned due to high current, and the treatment method was direct connection by welding to increase the contact area.
The other example was the breakage and leakage of the transmission cable insulation layer in the drum frame of the deflection magnet
power supply circuit, which was treated by insulation. Through two examples, we can more deeply understand the working principle and
physical structure of the beam system, helping us to find and solve faults faster and improve work efficiency.
