Abstract:With the rapid growth of medical image data, the traditional disk array block storage has been unable to meet the growing
storage demand. This paper firstly described the current situation of medical image data storage in medical institutions at home and
abroad. Based on the analysis of object cloud storage and distributed cloud storage technology, an image cloud resource management
system based on object and distributed cloud storage service was proposed. Secondly, this paper focused on expounding the system
architecture, networking design and system implementation. The object and distributed cloud storage technology was mainly
introduced. The image cloud resource management system based on object and distributed cloud storage service can effectively
improve the security of data storage and the efficiency of image retrieval, reduce the operation and maintenance cost, and also
provide a new reference for image data storage and management of hospitals at all levels.
