本文自主设计与开发了一套固定资产维修管理系统。此系统采用闭环管理的设计思想，与微信公众号及小程序进行 对接，实现报修记录的自动派工，对医疗设备维修的全过程进行信息化和数据化管理。该系统与医院HERP系统进行数据 对接，实现对医疗设备的信息查询、报修记录、维修记录、数据统计分析、维修知识库等的信息化管理。通过实时信息反 馈，报修科室可及时跟踪维修进度，提高了维修效率和服务质量，促进了科室对设备维修工作的满意度。同时，根据统计 分析维修情况，可以更加清晰直观地掌握玉溪市人民医院设备运转情况，为指导后续采购、优化医院运转提供有力支持。

This paper described a set of independent design and development of fixed assets maintenance management system. By adopting the design idea of closed-loop management and docking with WeChat Official accounts and applet, the system could realize automatic dispatching of repair records for the whole process of information and data management of medical equipment maintenance. Moreover, by docking with the data in HERP system, this system could realize the informationalized management of medical equipment information query, repair records, maintenance records, data statistical analysis, and maintenance knowledge base. By the way of real-time information feedback, the equipment repair department can track the maintenance progress in time. Consequently, the system can improve the maintenance efficiency and service quality, and further promote the satisfaction of the department with the equipment maintenance work. At the same time, according to the statistical analysis of maintenance situation, we can grasp the equipment operation of people’s hospital of Yuxi city more clearly and intuitively, and provide strong support for guiding the follow-up procurement and optimizing the operation of the hospital.
