Objective To effectively guarantee the operation of equipment and reduce equipment downtime, a remote real-time
monitoring system for large-scale medical equipment was developed. Methods The system adopted transmission and analysis
isolation design to ensure the security of patient information and inspection data, log box was used to grab the device log, and after
physical isolation, the 4G module was used to transfer the data to the cloud server for storage. Based on log analysis technology,
the data was analyzed modularly, and the real-time monitoring of the equipment status was achieved according to the established
thresholds and fault priority reminding rules. Results After being used in 10 CT / MRI equipment, the system could monitor the key
parameters and fault conditions of the equipment in real time. Once the equipment status was abnormal, the engineer would receive
alarm information and fault code in the first place. It could also use the log information to collect the scanning data, so as to obtain
the operation information and benefit reports of the equipment. Conclusion The monitoring system based on log analysis technology
effectively realizes the real-time monitoring of large-scale medical equipment, transforms the responsive maintenance into predictive
maintenance, which effectively reduces equipment use costs. It can also help the clinic to achieve refined management, and provide
data support for the hospital to properly configure CT / MR.
