Abstract:Objective In order to reduce the use of incubator, due to the abnormal external light and temperature and humidity, the
internal temperature and humidity cannot be reduced, resulting in “false” failure phenomenon and potential risks. Methods Through
the development of a detection and alarm device based on ESP8266 Wi-Fi chip, the front-end sensor was used to collect the external
light and temperature and humidity data of the incubator and upload them to the cloud platform for analysis and processing. After the
threshold is exceeded, the alarm signal will be sent to the client terminal to timely remind relevant personnel for further processing.
At the same time, the manager can monitor the data in real time on the PC and mobile phone, predict the fault information in advance,
and carry out preventive maintenance. Results The device could accurately detect the external light intensity, temperature and
humidity of the incubator. When the light intensity or temperature exceeds the set threshold for 5 min, it will give an alarm. One
incubator in use will give an alarm for 2 min, and has the functions of remote access, real-time monitoring, history query and alarm.
Conclusion In clinical use, the device can give safety warnings in advance and effectively, reduce invalid repair application, assist
engineers in troubleshooting and solving problems quickly. At the same time, it can help managers track and analyze historical data,
summarize the frequency and causes of failures, and further guide the follow-up work.
