Abstract:Efficient and high-quality medical logistics distribution service is an important component of modern medical services,
and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) based on unmanned technology is one of the reasonable solutions for modern medical
logistics services. In this paper, the characteristics and advantages of AGV robot are analyzed based on the current situation of
hospital logistics and distribution, and then the feasibility and necessity of AGV application in medical scenes are obtained. Then
the core technology of AGV robot is dismantled, and the research and development progress of each technology is reviewed. Then
it summarizes the application status of AGV in medical field and the problems existing in the application of AGV in medical scene,
providing the improvement direction for the improvement of AGV intelligent service. The research in this paper can provide research
and development reference for AGV robot r&d and production enterprises, provide pre-application preparation for AGV application
in medical and health institutions, and provide reference and guidance for the construction and management of modern hospital
logistics system.
