Abstract:Objective In order to achieve a secure exchange of files between the hospital intranet and the Internet, ensure that sensitive
data is not leaked and prevent the intranet from being infected with computer viruses. Methods The secure exchange of documents
between the hospital intranet and the Internet was established through GAP, terminal management systems, EDR, data leakage
prevention technology and anti-virus technology. Results The use of manual or DLP to audit the exchanged files can effectively
prevent the leakage of sensitive data, and the established computer virus detection and response system can maximize the security
of files entering the intranet and reduce the risk of computer viruses brought to the intranet by file exchange. Conclusion Through a
series of security technical means and security precautions, a complete internal and external network document exchange system has
been formed, striking the best balance between the hospital’s document exchange needs and intranet security needs.
