Abstract：Objective To explore the design and implementation of blood purification mobile clinical system, solve the current
management problems of blood purification center and evaluate the performance of the system. Methods This paper analyzed
the problems existing in the traditional management mode of blood purification center, and established the system structure and
information transmission scheme of blood purification mobile clinical system. Results The system had been implemented and
launched, which fundamentally changed the management process of the blood purification center. Conclusion The system changed
the traditional backward state of manual management in blood purification center, especially the use of portable terminals in clinical
service, which can significantly improve the work efficiency of medical staff and reduce the probabilities of mistakes.
