Abstract:Medical gas system is an important guarantee for hospital medical service. It is one of the core of hospital support system. In
this paper, the design of the medical gas system (mainly for medical oxygen, positive pressure air, negative pressure vacuum suction)
in the rehabilitation hospital area of our hospital was studied. The specific data such as gas consumption (the total flow of negative
pressure gas is 2813L/min, the total flow of medical compressed air is 1225L/min), pipe diameter and size required by the rehabilitation
hospital area were calculated to improve the design and routine configuration of the medical gas system and ensure the safety of
the use of the medical gas by scientific means, so as to ensure the safety of the medical gas Medical safety and quality of hospital.
