Abstract:Objective Based on the actual use and management of the hospital, the content of quality control and testing for the infant
radiant warmer is formulated to improve the application quality. Methods According to the design principle of infant radiant warmer,
through manual inspection and the use of equipment quality control methods, the appearance, boot inspection, temperature, radiation
intensity, noise and timer of infant radiant warmer were tested. Results The corresponding quality control and detection worksheet
was developed and applied in the actual work, including recording the temperature of all measured points and the display temperature
of the infant radiant warmer every 2 min| When the infant radiant warmer alarmed, measure 3 times at 3 m away from the front of the
equipment and recored, the average value was no less than 65 dB. detected if the baby radiating thermals record a sound cue at the
last 10s. Conclusion The quality control test of infant radiant warmer can guide the smooth operation of the equipment. At the same
time, improving the management method according to the quality control results can not only make the quality testing more efficient
and orderly, but also improve the operation quality of infant radiant warmer.
