Construction of Procurement Procedure of Scientific Research Reagent Consumables in Hospital Based on OA Platform

Abstract：Objective In order to standardize the proc urement management of scientific research reagent consumables in hospital, realize the whole-procedure management and control over procurement activities, improve the management level of scientific research reagent, and reduce procurement costs, the procurement procedure of scientific research reagents in hospital was constructed based on OA platform. Methods Through analyzing the current status of scientific research reagent procurement in hospital, the electronic procurement procedure of scientific research reagents was constructed by relying on the existing OA platform. Results The realization of the procurement procedure not only saved the costs of software development and purchase of more than 100,000 yuan, but also brought convenience to scientific researchers, greatly improved work efficiency, and reduced the average procurement time from 30 days to 10 days. Conclusion The smooth operation of this model provides a reference example for hospitals to optimize the procurement procedure.
