Abstract:Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing measures of subtraction hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy with magnetic anchor technique. Methods 30 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with punctured holes were performed with the self-designed magnetic anchoring device. Sufficient and effective nurse-patient communication was performed before operation to remove patients' concerns, and the postoperative follow-up was strengthened to improve patients’satisfaction with medical treatment. Results Through effective nurse-patient communication before operation, all the 30 patients were successfully accepted magnetic anchoring subtraction hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Timely and effective follow-up and post-discharge guidance greatly improved the experience and satisfaction of patients with innovative surgery. Conclusion Strengthening the doctor-patient, nurse-patient communication before operation, giving timely and effective nursing and discharge guidance after operation can significantly improve the acceptance and recognition of patients with magnetic anchoring subtraction hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
