Abstract:Objective The automatic measurement software of signaltonoise ratio(SNR) in magnetic resonance imaging quality control test based on ACR phantom were designed, in order to improve the efficiency of SNR parameters measurement. Methods According to the image features of ACR phantom of SNR detection layer, the image preprocessing and feature extraction were compiled on MATLAB platform, and the SNR was automatically measured by software, the consistency between manual measurement method and automatic measurement method was analyzed by Bland-Altman statistical method. Results The automatic detection program based on MATLAB platform could measure SNR automatically, and it had good consistency between manual measurement method and automatic measurement method. Conclusion The automatic measurement software designed in this paper improves the efficiency of SNR measurement in MRI quality control test based on ACR phantom, and replaces mutually between manual measurement method and automatic measurement method.
