Abstract:Objective To design an automatic linearity measurement program based on the quality control test of the SMR170 phantom MRI system in order to realize the automatic measurement of linearity parameters. Methods The image processing algorithm was designed and written on the Matlab platform, and the linearity parameters were automatically measured. The consistency between manual measurement method and automatic measurement method was analyzed by Bland-Altman statistical method. Results The automatic measurement program based on Matlab platform could measure linearity automatically, which had good consistency with manual measurement method. Conclusion The automatic linearity detection program and manual measurement can be substituted for each other.
